EMEA Consultant / Sr. Consultant (UK, Spain Preferred) Purpose Kotter EMEA is a small, entrepreneurial team evolving from start-up to scale-up. You’ll operate with a high degree of autonomy—working creatively and proactively with a lean EMEA team, supported by a broader North American organisation.

- Prospecting & Outreach: Identifying high-potential targets, researching potential client needs, and planning contact through personalised outreach, LinkedIn networking, and industry events.
- Analyse a situation to develop and apply the most appropriate solution.
- Must have excellent time management and stakeholder management skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
