Perplexity is seeking an Internal Communications Manager to build that function from the ground up. You will own how information moves through Perplexity. You will be responsible for what Perplexity employees think, feel, know, and do. This is a 0→1 role with executive exposure from day one. If you believe internal comms is a strategic function and want to shape how an n(1) company talks to itself, this role is for you. Responsibilities Listen and learn across the company. Understand what’s happening, how, and why in order to make sound recommendations on what should be amplified or addressed. Run all-hands and executive content. Planning, execution, measurement, and evolution.
