What you'll do

• Own the execution of consumer demand generation across paid media, organic, lifecycle, and referrals — with a clear focus on the quality of demand you're creating, measured through to funded accounts.
• Build demand programs that feed our sales and advisory teams for high-value client segments. Partner with Sales to define what a qualified prospect looks like, build segment-specific campaigns, and measure what actually converts.
• Partner with Sales and Commercial Ops on lead definitions, routing, scoring, and feedback loops. Sit in on pipeline and performance reviews and use what you hear to sharpen targeting and improve lead quality.
• Build and maintain clear reporting across the demand funnel — from first touch through sign-up, funding, and retained client value. Identify patterns, surface insights, and make clear recommendations on where to double down, test, or pull back.
• Run a consistent testing cadence across creative, audiences, offers, and landing pages, and turn what you learn into repeatable programs.
• Actively embed AI tools into demand gen workflows — creative and copy iteration, audience research, landing page iteration, and campaign experimentation.
• Contribute to the quarterly demand plan alongside the Commercial Growth lead, then own delivery against it.
