What you'll do
- We're hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the team that builds and runs anthropic.com and claude.com, brand web surfaces where most of the world meets Claude and Anthropic for the first time. They carry our research, product launches, policy work, and brand, and they ship at the pace of a fast-moving company.
- Manage and grow the team: coach, hire, and set the bar for craft and reliability
- Own the technical roadmap for anthropic.com and claude.com: CMS architecture, publishing workflow, performance, SEO health, localization, the production design system, deploy pipeline, on-call, and incident response
- Run launch engineering for model, product, and campaign moments, shipping high-quality pages on tight, shifting timelines without heroics
- Build the brand tooling layer: internal tools, integrations, and Claude-in-the-loop workflows that let designers, writers, and marketers publish safely without engineering as a bottleneck
- Partner with design and editorial on creative technology, data visualizations, interactive explainers, campaign experiences, that need real engineering, not a template
- Align web engineering work with Marketing, Product, Comms, and core Engineering, and say no to what doesn't move brand and business goals
