What they’re looking for

- 8+ years in an integrated marketing role such as Marketing Operations, Demand Gen or a Marketing CoS function
- Deep knowledge of how B2B marketing organizations operate—campaigns, content, demand gen, field marketing, analytics. You know where work gets stuck because you've lived it.
- Comfort building with AI tools: agents, skills, prompt engineering, MCP integrations, no-code/low-code platforms.
- A product management mindset: you think in terms of intake, backlog, iteration, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
- Strong communication and the credibility to tell senior stakeholders "not yet" on low-priority requests and "think bigger" when teams default to automating the status quo.
- Exceptional executive communication and writing skills — clear, concise, transparent, and insightful for teams, executives, and a diverse set of stakeholders.
