• You'll partner closely with Sales, Engineering, and Product colleagues across the SINGU Group so your portfolio drives revenue and solves real problems across the European FM market.

• Lead the team through change – new ways of working, a shifting portfolio, and product consolidation – bringing people with you rather than around them.
• Collaboration & Cross-Company Coordination: Coordinate with commercial and customer-facing teams to align product strategy with go-to-market plans and revenue goals for the portfolio.
• Demonstrable experience applying AI within product development, using AI-powered tooling to accelerate discovery and delivery.
• Familiarity with platform or multi-product portfolio environments.
