What you’ll do
- Hi, I'm Jeremy, I lead RevOps at voize. I'm hiring the person who owns sales operations as we scale: new markets, new segments, and a sales team growing fast in all of them.
- As Sales Operations Manager, you build the GTM engine that carries us past €100M ARR, working in close partnership with our sales leaders, with genuinely good tooling and AI ways of working behind you. Joining at this point in our hyper-growth journey is rare: big enough that the problems are real, early enough that you shape how they get solved. What you build now compounds for years, and so does your scope.
- This role is roughly 60% building new process and 40% running what exists. If you want a mature machine to optimize, this is not it. If you want to design the machine, for now and for what comes next, it is.
