• Kraken is seeking an exceptional Senior Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of Flexibility clients across Europe.
• The role is responsible for building trusted stakeholder relationships, coordinating priorities across Kraken teams and helping clients grow and realise value from Kraken's portfolio of Flexibility products and services.
• Fluency in one or more European languages, particularly German, would be valuable given the importance of the German market within our European client portfolio.
• What you'll do Own and develop a portfolio of Flexibility client accounts across Europe.
• Act as the primary point of coordination for your portfolio of clients, primarily Residential Flex and, where appropriate, Generation Flex services.
• Clients continue to realise increasing value from Kraken's products and services, supporting both customer success and business portfolio growth.
