Eligibility
In this role you'll own EMEA as your region: full remit over the Solution Engineering team's success, working as a player-coach who hires, develops, and holds the bar on how the team runs discovery, demos, and evaluations, while getting hands-on in the highest-impact deals across the region. You'll partner closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing across EMEA, reporting into and collaborating with the Sr. What you would do Manage, coach, and develop a team of Solution Engineers across EMEA — hiring, ramping, and running regular 1:1s and deal reviews.
