You bring structure and process discipline to your funnel - and the ambition to actively shape our employer brand alongside it. Recruiting is the core. - You've owned recruiting processes independently - advised stakeholders, closed hires, and used process discipline and ATS hygiene as tools to protect your performance and make it visible.
