What you'll do

• Advanced Financial Reporting: Review and formally sign off on monthly, quarterly, and annual financial including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow reports
• Strategic Compliance & Audit Leadership: Act as the primary point of contact to lead external audits and resolve highly complex compliance issues that have little or no precedent to guide them. Formulate a long-term view of local regulatory trends and business implications.
• Cross-functional Stakeholder Coordination: Partner cross-functionally with global legal and corporate tax units and regional business units to ensure local country filings are executed flawlessly, on time and align with broader company objectives.
• Process & technology improvements: Drive strategic financial system optimization (Oracle/NetSuite) to scale statutory and compliance reporting architectures and actively pioneer the adoption of new automation and technology tools (including AI and advanced data analytics).

• Experience: 10+ years of progressive accounting and tax compliance experience.
• Proven experience acting as a primary reviewer for audited statutory financial statements in a multinational corporate framework
• Extensive progressive accounting and tax compliance experience, with a proven track record of managing highly complex processes, driving strategic initiatives, and navigating ambiguous, precedent-setting financial scenarios.
• Demonstrated capability to analyze unique, significant business issues, evaluate intangibles, and independently formulate creative, effective solutions.
