• Help shape the everyday experience of Supercell’s growing London office.
• Supercell is looking for a Team Support professional to join our London office.
• As Team Support, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day support of the office, from travel and team events to the countless practical details that keep things running smoothly.
• Most importantly, you’ll have the opportunity to make a visible difference to the experience of everyone working in our London office.
• What You'll Be Doing Own the day-to-day administrative support for our London office.
• What You Have Strong experience (minimum of 5 years) in team support, workplace or office coordination, travel arrangements, and/or event production.
• Enthusiasm and preferably also previous experience for working in an international environment with colleagues across multiple countries or offices.
• Would Be Nice if You Also Have Experience supporting a growing office or building support practices in an environment that is still evolving.
• Because this role is all about supporting the people and everyday life in the office, we expect you to spend most of your working time onsite in our London office.
• You’ll also work closely with our Helsinki-based Team Support colleagues and teams whose members are split across London and Helsinki, so expect some travel also between our offices.
