What you'll do
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging AI tools to surface, engage, and attract top technical talent at scale
- Use AI to sharpen every stage of the funnel, from drafting compelling outreach to mapping talent pools and identifying non-obvious candidates
- Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and updates
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team dynamics
- Negotiate job offers and close candidates
- Analyze recruiting metrics and refine processes, using AI to turn data into faster, smarter hiring decisions
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging AI recruiting tools, and best practices in technical recruiting
