- What You’ll Do: Organize all facets of a candidate’s interview process: scheduling interviews, managing communication workflows, sending offer letters and managing onboarding tasks at a high volume during peak recruiting season Coordinate end-to-end logistics for the intern program, including travel, onboarding, recruiter meetings, manager feedback, and conversion offers Manage job opening and job posts in our applicant tracking system, ensuring all externally publicized information is accurate and compliant Provide exceptional experiences for all candidates Partner with Global Intern Program Manager to plan and execute intern events, partnering with external vendors for offsite events and internal Office Ops and IT teams for onsite activities.
