How they work
- Partner with HR to recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing, mission-driven team.
- Lead local workforce planning, key role selection, onboarding, and leadership coaching.
- Cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation, and ownership aligned with Fastned’s values.
- Facilitate seamless communication and alignment between local and global teams.
- Our German office is located in Cologne, you are expected to be present on location at least 3 days per week.
