This role offers the opportunity to drive significant customer and business impact through the product implementation of and iteration on key customer experiences, critical engineering systems, internal tooling, and business processes. What you’ll do
- Owning the software and data product and strategic direction and evolution of critical engineering systems, business processes, and business intelligence in M-KOPA’s Electric Vehicle financing business unit
- Working with engineers to drive continuous improvement in our product’s capabilities to deliver customer and business value
- Partnering with analytics engineers to understand internal reporting and data visualization needs within the eMobility domain.
- Getting feedback directly from customers and customer care teams to understand customer pain points and drive an excellent customer experience and proposition
