About the role
The Workplace Officer runs the day-to-day operational engine behind M-KOPA Nigeria's workplace services, fleet and transport, local travel, warehouse and territory facilities, inventory, vendor coordination, airtime/data administration, and event logistics. You'll report to the Senior Lead, Workplaces, and be the person who keeps records accurate, issues resolved, and risks flagged before they become problems.

- This is a on-site role, you would be working from our offices in Nigeria, partnering with a diverse group of employees from our different markets and locations across the UK, Europe and Africa.
- 3-5 years' relevant experience in workplace operations, facilities, administration, logistics, or office management.
