Eligibility
As part of our Global Emerging Talent Team, you'll help build the pipeline that fuels Datadog's future, owning the full candidate journey for our interns, new grads, and early career hires across EMEA. What You'll Do Own the pipeline and candidate experience Own the end-to-end candidate lifecycle for assigned schools, functions, or programs across EMEA, from sourcing and screening through offer and conversion, Deliver a high-touch, consistent candidate experience across every touchpoint: outreach, interviews, events, internship hosting, and offer Maintain funnel momentum, diagnose issues early, and unblock your pipeline weekly Be a brand ambassador Represent Datadog as a premier employer for emerging talent across university campuses and virtual channels in EMEA Own key university and student organization relationships; act as the face of Datadog on campus Plan and execute recruiting events, career fairs, hackathons, info sessions, and "beyond campus" engagements that create real excitement, not just check a box Embed yourself in the culture of the schools and organizations you partner with, and connect that understanding back to our recruiting goals Drive inclusive, representative
