About the role
Individual Contributor JD: We are looking for a motivated Channel Partner professional to help grow and manage our partner ecosystem by identifying, onboarding, and enabling partners for long-term success. This role will focus on building strong relationships with resellers, managed service providers (MSPs), and regional partners to drive customer adoption and revenue growth. What they’re looking for
Select a requirement to inspect fit, evidence or application context.
- 3+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development within a technology or SaaS company
- Experience working with resellers, MSPs, or regional channel partners
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with sales and cross-functional teams
- Organized and capable of managing multiple partner relationships simultaneously
- Comfortable learning technical concepts and positioning value to partners and customers
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time
Helpful, not always essential
- Experience with systems management or monitoring
- Experience with partnerships supporting DevOps, particularly in a cloud environment
- Technical background/education
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for taking initiatives from ideation to impact
- Passion for fast-paced, sometimes unpredictable growth culture and environment
- Experience in identifying market opportunities with a track record of initiating go-to-market plans and sales follow-through
